(Rational Unified Process).

are elicited. Design activities include the creation and capture of requirements which will implement the features
determined during Consultation. Additionally, and most importantly, the architecture of the new application will
be determined and solidified to ensure the features can be delivered as desired. Many times the client will
find that the more time you spend in Design the more definitive the project becomes and true features will be
realized. Construct activities include the coding and testing of the design. Deliver activities include
the final acceptance of the application/features and release to the customer environment.
